What is WhatsApp Business API and how is it different from the app?
The WhatsApp Business app is built for one person on one phone. The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official platform for businesses — it supports automation, multiple agents, chatbots and integrations at scale.
Do I need a Facebook Business Manager account?
Yes. It's required by Meta to issue your official WhatsApp Business API access. We'll guide you through creating or connecting one during onboarding.
Are there any charges beyond the ₹4,999/year?
Meta charges per conversation directly, based on your customers' country and conversation type. We pass these through at actual cost — there's no markup on our end.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
In most cases, yes — as long as it isn't already active on the regular WhatsApp or Business app when we migrate it. We'll confirm this during setup.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
No setup fee and no lock-in. The ₹4,999 covers a full year of access, and you're free to not renew.
